Hmm, could you please check how does the fighting in well lit areas work? Because from what I observed it seems that own light source (a torch light, lantern light or spell light) is ALWAYS necessary for player character's fighting to be on par to the stats.

This happens most frequently if you have a level of about 15-20 and fight the goblins in the main hall, right in front of the daddy. No additional light should be necessary as the area is well lit, but the performance of our hero seems to be much worse without it. Seems to be not a feature but a bug instead.

BTW, the game has no lit areas in the dungeons, I guess that's not normal for roleplaying games. Especially concerning tunnels with goblins or fairy forest. So weird -- but I have realized it just now.
