Spell Scaling

add damage/healing/effectiveness to spells, link to Intelligence or Willpower.

Willpower could increase duration of Buffs

Intelligence could increase damage or Healing of spells

This would level out the effectiveness of spells, Currently as soon as you can cast Firebolt 2 Its such a huge power boost.

For example if firebolt 1 had a default damage of 10-20 you can increase the base by half your mod so int 20, would change the damage to 20-30

I think intelligence does increase damage from fireballs. It would be nice to have more complete info on the effect of stats. Maybe a FAQ/Manual button in the main menu? For instance, maybe it was mentioned the first time you pick up a rare card, but what is the bonus from them to?
