First off: Thank you Mario. Lootbox is Phenomenal! By building a game that you wanted you've made something valued by us all.
Second: I enjoy the grind and discovery of things. Figuring out so many different spells by playing with combinations, finding the best spec for my character by trial and error, and evil little things in between.
With that said, I'm pretty sure I've killed everything that I can kill (including a certain evil dragon boss that may or may not have a useful recipe that Mario mentioned) I cannot figure out where the Journeyman Rune Board is. Any hints would be really appreciated.
Also, fairy dust 3 that I must collect. 2 runs through the fairy dungeon and 0 dropped, but a certain fairy across seas dropped one for me. I currently can't remember where any other ones are other than that particular one. I don't necessarily want the solution to this if it's a puzzle, but I want to make sure I'm not running the fairy dungeon N times only to give up. Mario mentioned in a review response that the dust drops from fairies, and others of you have gotten this apparently. Do I just need to grind more?
Thank you all!

The recipe is for creating explosive stuff that is needed for finishing the main quest. It should be found in the chamber of the dragon boss. If it is not there, contact me.NowThenGoodBad wrote: ↑Mon Dec 02, 2019 9:51 am With that said, I'm pretty sure I've killed everything that I can kill (including a certain evil dragon boss that may or may not have a useful recipe that Mario mentioned) I cannot figure out where the Journeyman Rune Board is. The Journeyman Rune Board is creating by combining the three other runeboards. The recipe for this can be found in the throne room (in a room in the goblin area).
Fairy Dust ist dropped by Fairy Rangers. So if you concentrate on this kind of enemy, you should get it eventually. Hint: by travelling through trees on the overland map, you can enforce being ambushed by fairy rangers. With every move there is a chance of a fairy ranger showing up.NowThenGoodBad wrote: ↑Mon Dec 02, 2019 9:51 am Also, fairy dust 3 that I must collect. 2 runs through the fairy dungeon and 0 dropped, but a certain fairy across seas dropped one for me. Re: Journeyman Board and Fairy Dust
Fantastic fast response! I just saw this after messing around and combining the boards! That was actually cool to stumble across. I thought I'd have to revert my save after wasting them (but lo and behold the Journeyman Board!)
I figured it was the Rangers. I used scrolls to try to focus on the lower levels of the fairy Forrest, but I did not know the ambush would happen more than once where you were mentioning. I'll spend some time there.
Mario, you are too good to us!

Re: Journeyman Board and Fairy Dust
I noticed the Journeyman Board recipe in the last crafting recipes tab a little late (already crafted it!).
For fairy dust, I killed many many fairy rangers with no luck. I'm fairly certain that I'm RNG (random number generator) cursed in all games.
So I did what my brothers and I used to do back in the 90s, especially with games like Fallout: I knocked the enemies health down to one hit left, saved, and then loaded the game and killed the fairy until it finally dropped dust.
I wasn't sure if enemy loot drops were rolled when you enter a level or upon killing an enemy, so I tested it until I saw them drop something. It didn't take more than 10 minutes of this cycle to get the rest of the dust.
My newest quandary: are we suppose to be able to go into Godebrand's room?
After solving his issue, he still says the same thing. I had wondered if one of those items was something you could pick up or learn from, if he could teach you spells, or if that portal lead somewhere.
Alas, I have come to the conclusion of this leg of the story.
It was a PHENOMENAL one. Thank you Mario.
I will still continue to mess around with lootbox to see if there are any hidden niche's that I've missed.
