spells : how many cast to use less mana

Is it possible to put somewhere the missing number of time left to launch a spell to get the next reduction level
I mean, on my firebolt, i don't know how many i casted it, but it cost me only 9, how many more time will I have to cast it tfor it to be a "8 mana consuming" spell
This number can be put in the scroll book page , between parentheses just after the mana consumption like this
