Were do I find the AES rune? I've beat the Dungeons, Rat Cafe, Fairies place and the Goblins tunnels. Can't find it

Found it. Shadow dropped it on Level 8 in the Crypt

Good Evening everyone. Can someone say where to find the light blue Rune? Dont know what its called. You need it for the Thornskin spell. Thanks in advance!

And how come i cant clear dragon cave? I am lvl 40 have maxed out strength and melee but cant hit the dragons. :/
