Stuck at lvl 30

Can't find the way into the castle, and with 30 str and melee I cannot hit the tatzelwurm. Let alone do any dmg... found a way in but I cannot kill the lord he regens too fast

I had the same problem, then I respeced my character. How many runes have you found?

I have a few magic runes that I have not found spells for. I know giants strength you have to make yourself but have yet to find anymore clues to spells. Apart from the fairy queen I haven't seen any other spell book either. Maybe we should compare notes to see what we all have. I did read on another forum - touch arcade there is a spell for a damage shield and a regen hp over time too but have not seen any clues or spells in-game to test these out.
