It was in the dragon cave. I got it on level 4 or 5 from a dragon snake. It can summon a dragon to fight with you. Not sure if it's a one time only deal as I've used it once and went back several times and not got another one.

You cannot keep reusing it like the duck whistle or dog bowl.

Lol it is a waste really. I first tested it on the island outside. There are only 3 enemies to kill outside and as soon as you go in a cave or town, the dragon does a disappearing act!

It is useful in the dragon cave and castle though as it actively seeks out enemies and attacks from distance. Totally the opposite of the useless duck with 1hp who dies just by looking in the direction of an enemy 😂
